Fill the Void

Boredom may lead you to reach for unhealthy foods.  Studies have shown that being bored contributes to an increase in overall calorie consumption because it influences people to eat more food, healthy and unhealthy.  Finding new activities or hobbies that you enjoy is an excellent way to avoid overeating caused by boredom.  Simply going for a walk and enjoying nature can help get you in a better mindset to stay motivated and stick to your wellness goals.
